Neelesh is the Co-Founder & Chairman of BitWise and has over 21 years of experience in IT consulting and projects. He has worked in the credit card and banking domains for fortune 500 customers in the US and UK. During the course of his career, Neelesh has led and managed key initiatives for customers and was successful in implementing software to support those initiatives under aggressive time frames. He has extensive experience with managing multiple large offshore engagements, infrastructure creation and resource management for maximizing cost and time savings for customers. For the last 13 years, he has been leading BitWise in its endeavour as a company that has an enviable track record of delivery and customer satisfaction. Neelesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Pune in India.
Salil is the Co-Founder & President of BitWise and an alumni of the department of Computer Science, University of Pune where he studied for his Master's in computer applications. With over 21 years of experience in strategic relationship management, marketing and IT delivery for customers in the US and India, Salil brings in the customer management focus to the organization. For the last 13 years since inception, he has been involved in all aspects of the management of the group in addition to heading up the US operations. |
Seemantini (Seema) is the Managing Director and heads up the offshore development centers of the BitWise group which includes all global projects' delivery and support activities. A master's degree holder in computer science from University of Pune and IRCA certified lead auditor for quality. She has over 21 years experience and has worked in leadership and architect roles in large credit card, banking and unsecured lending projects in the US and UK with. Over the last 12 years, Seema has led the setup, growth and evolution of the global delivery organization into a mature process oriented development powerhouse achieving ongoing customer delight.
Hemlata (Hema) is the Chief Operating Officer and a postgraduate in computer science from the department of computer science at the University of Pune in India and a certified systems administrator for IBM platforms. She has close to 23 years of experience in IT consulting in the US and S.E. Asia in a variety of roles ranging from technical development, system architecture and administration and project delivery. For the last 13 years, Hema has been involved with consulting practice of the organization in addition to leading the operations, HR and infrastructure development in the US.
Shamkant (Sam) has over 27 years experience in technical, sales, marketing and managerial roles in large global organizations in the aerospace, manufacturing, engineering and information technology industries in India and Australia Sam holds Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. Sam is the founder director of BitWise Australia and is in-charge of regulatory, taxation, finance, risk management and business strategies for BitWise Australia. |
Sucheta has more than two decades of experience in the Insurance, Finance and Reinsurance industry in India and Australia. Sucheta started her career as a direct management recruit of the General Insurance Corporation of India and has held key roles as an operational incharge and underwriting incharge at a national level for large multinational financial institutions. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Sucheta is founder director of BitWise Australia and is in-charge of the company's operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Shahab has been a part of BitWise since February 1998 and has worked in different areas in the company including project delivery, account management, presales and marketing, partner relationship and product development. He has worked with implementation of large ERP applications, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Web deployed applications. He has managed and led large implementation and development projects and has extensive experience in delivering quality using the onsite-offshore delivery platform. Shahab has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from VJTI, University of Bombay and has over 19 years of experience in IT consulting
Shrikant is post graduate in computer science from University of Mumbai with over 20 years of IT consulting experience. Shrikant has managed number of customers for BitWise under Insurance, Finance, and Publishing domains. With past working experience with fortune 500 and other customers with multiple technology platforms Shrikant brings strong project delivery experience. Shrikant in his current role is responsible for proposing cost effective global project delivery model to BitWise customers, and later manage these customers to grow business.
With more than 30 years of information systems experience, John has spent most of his professional career in data warehousing and data integration. In 2007 John was a co-founder of expressor software corporation, introducing a revolutionary new approach to building complex, high performance data integration applications. Previous positions included senior technical and sales management roles at Ab Initio Software Corporation, Ascential Software Corporation, Informatica Corporation and ETi. During his tenure at Ab Initio and Ascential, John has developed, managed and architected enterprise-level strategies for several strategic & marquee accounts. John was Informatica’s first employee based outside the San Francisco Bay area, and he successfully developed Informatica’s Central Region sales and technical office in Chicago and was the lead technical field engineer for their first account and continued that success as part of the top sales team in the company. Prior to Informatica, John performed in a senior technical and system support capacity at Evolutionary Technologies Inc., and he spent more than a decade in IT management roles for large corporations including First Chicago Corporation, Zurich Financial, Kemper Group, and Morton Thiokol.
Dhwanit has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from University of Pune and career spanning over 16 years in Information Technology. His technology expertise spans Mainframes, Internet & Intranet, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. During his 11 year tenure at BitWise he has been instrumental in successfully delivering to Financial, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare and eCommerce domains. Dhwanit heads up the offshore delivery management for the ODCs
Pramod holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from University of Pune and has over 14 years of experience in Information Technology, most of which is in the financial services, banking, media and manufacturing domains for Indian and US customers. He has been a key player at BitWise over the last 7 years and currently leads the offshore delivery management. His technology expertise spans Open systems and Data Warehousing.
Arati is a postgraduate in computer science from the department of computer science at the University of Pune in India and an IRCA certified auditor. She has close to 23 years of experience in IT consulting in manufacturing and banking domains. Arati has been involved with all aspects of delivery and now heads up the quality and Information security management for BitWise.
Prasanna is a postgraduate in commerce from the University of Pune and has over two decades of experience in finance and accounts, company law, administration and compliance management for domestic and export oriented companies. Prasanna has been a key contributor to BitWise growth since the inception of its ODCs in India and now heads up the finance and administration functions.
