What's this role about?

As an Data & Analytics architecture and solution analyst, you will work closely across various groups within organization such as product development, sales and marketing, and project delivery and presales. Your job will also include understanding the customer's needs and pitching the company's analytics solutions & services as appropriate. You will be responsible for collaborating with other D&A solution architects & delivery leads to build advisory and thought leadership PoV on various topics such as data & analytics cloud native solutions & services, applied AI, Gen AI and various solution frameworks. You will contribute in pre-sales, technical solutioning, RFI and RFP responses as necessary.

Here's how you'll contribute: Takes up complete ownerships of proactive pitch, solutioning, PoV building and customer presentations.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end solution ideation lifecycle from market research, ideation, building POV and solution sales pitch.

• Continuous focus on cutting-edge solutions, developing Go-to-Market and Partnership strategies

• Keep up-to-date of the current trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating, economic, technological and business impacts on key business operations

• Drive Digital transformation initiatives, data & AI/ML strategies for enterprises

• Drive customer conversations, engage in strategic initiatives with senior-level clients including C-Suite executives

• Build POV for customers & prospects

• Develop marketing collaterals and contribute on D&A service unit’s brand building initiatives through blogs, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiatives

• Consultative mindset & thinking to help Sales team engage, sell, manage, and services customers

• Broad technical background and experience in a variety of technologies and services such as Data cloud native technologies & services, low code & no code development, DevOps, API based microservices architecture, integrations, AI, Intelligent Process Automation etc. will be beneficial.

• Experience in similar/larger IT services companies in important.

Skills required to contribute:

Mandatory Skills:

• MBA with 10+ years of experience in any or all of the following: IT consulting, Analytics, Product Management and Business Development

• Strong understanding of Analytics, AI and other Digital services. Knowledge of the following preferable: Cloud Data architecture, Data science, cloud analytics, AI/ML, Generative & Agentic AI

• Ability to understand client business objectives, align with the expectations and convert business requirements to suitable technical solution

• Proficient in technical solution documentation and ability to coordinate & integrate solutions from multiple technology practices

• Excellent Stakeholder Management skill – has to work with all function in organization; sales team, marketing team, technical team, commercial, corporate, client visit team etc.

• Excellent presentation, communication, documentation skills, with strong Proficiency in MS Office skill • Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.

Good to have skills:

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS , Databricks / Snowflake cloud services

• Prior experience in developing analytics solutions from scratch and taking it from 0 to 1

• Prior experience of 3+ years in leading strategy and consulting engagements with customers around analytics and digital transformations
