Bhaskar Dhawan

Bhaskar Dhawan is Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI at Bitwise, responsible for defining the company’s overall AI strategy, scaling enterprise AI capabilities, and driving innovation across global markets. In this role, he focuses on helping enterprises turn intelligence into a strategic advantage by reimagining how data, digital, and AI converge to shape industries, unlock growth, and create lasting business value. With over two decades of experience in the technology industry, Bhaskar brings deep expertise across AI engineering, digital transformation, service lines, partnership ecosystems, and business-led technology strategy. Prior to joining Bitwise, he held senior leadership roles at Mastek and TAISTech, where he built and scaled high-performing global teams, led multi-million-dollar digital and AI portfolios, launched new AI offerings, and drove strategic growth across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Publicis Sapient and Accenture. Bhaskar holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
