What drove you to a career in Technology?

Since my college days, I have been very fond of technologies and programming. I feel working in the tech industry has its own perks like flexibility to work from anywhere, high wages, opportunities to work on new technologies and stand out in the rapidly growing technology world.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space?

Yes, there is always a struggle when technology gets improved or changed. I can see there are a lot of recent improvements in new technologies in the current world. For example, now we are running behind ReactJS instead of Java and Spring. So, the technology can change at any time and the changes are implemented in a short period as well. We need to prepare for the change in advance to be competitive.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

I always pride myself on being a Bitwiser. I have been with Bitwise for a relatively short time – 3 years – but in this span Bitwise has really earned my trust. Valleys and peaks are the nature of our technology landscape and at a difficult situation the support from Bitwise held me together and motivated me to breeze through the valleys of my journey. The cherry on the cake was being promptly valued through a promotion for the potential they recognized in me.
