Hema Sakhardande is Co-Founder and Board Member of Bitwise, where she has been instrumental in building the company from its earliest days, shaping its operational framework, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence grounded in disciplined execution. With a degree in Computer Science and a strong technology background, Hema combines technical insight with a deep focus on processes, efficiency, and scalability across complex enterprise environments. As Bitwise grew, she adapted and evolved operational strategies to meet changing business needs while maintaining organizational agility and delivery reliability. Her previous consulting experience in both India and the U.S. provided her with a global perspective and the ability to design robust processes that support growth at scale. Working closely with fellow board members, Hema has helped establish a foundation for operational excellence. Today, she continues to guide the organization as needed to ensure that its processes remain strong, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision for building future-ready systems.
