What drove you to a career in Technology?

My passion for computers and technology began in school. The thrill of problem-solving with code and developing impactful solutions was a strong motivator. This early fascination and the desire to create meaningful change through technology ultimately inspired my decision to pursue a career in the IT field.

Were there any struggles for you to build a presence in Technology space? If so, how did you overcome?

Originating from a non-metropolitan area with scarce resources presented initial challenges in finding adequate guidance and industry exposure. However, I overcame these hurdles through a commitment to continuous learning, active participation in online communities, and unwavering perseverance, which enabled me to establish my presence in the tech world.

What has your experience been to ‘find your place’ at Bitwise?

Joining Bitwise as a junior developer, I discovered a supportive and nurturing environment that consistently encouraged my professional development. The continuous challenges and backing I received have shaped me significantly over the years, both professionally and personally, making Bitwise feel like a true professional home.
