Seema Desai 

Seema Desai is Co-Founder, Board Member, and Managing Director of Bitwise. With over three decades of leadership experience, Seema has played a pivotal role in driving Bitwise’s growth while fostering a people-first culture. Her leadership emphasizes a values-driven leadership approach that inspires collaboration and excellence across the organization.

In 2008, Seema established the Bitwise Foundation with the support of fellow board members. The foundation champions initiatives in education, community well-being, and environmental sustainability, reflecting a shared commitment to social impact.

Her contributions have earned her recognition through awards such as the Woman Entrepreneur Award from Entrepreneur International and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year from Rotary. Prior to Bitwise, Seema worked in consulting roles in the UK and US. She holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Outside of work, Seema enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family.
