A note to Bitwise clients and network

Hope you are staying safe and healthy with family and work.
We are doing everything possible to ensure that there is no impact on client deliverables while confirming complete safety and well-being of our employees. As part of our Business Continuity and Pandemic Plan, we have taken a number of steps in this direction.
- We have equipped 100% of our employees to work from home using a combination of laptops and square PCs with good bandwidth. Accordingly, ‘shelter in place’ measures taken in Pune, India and Chicago, IL where we have offices do not impact our ability to provide services to our clients.
- To ensure complete security and compliance, our employees are using a secure server to login through our office network before they can access a client’s network. In addition, we have made an additional location outside our current State of operations functional to meet any needs.
- As part of managing our bench, we have additional bandwidth available to meet any last-minute project completion demand that may be needed. We will be happy to discuss further.
Our clients’ business is our priority and we are doing everything to minimize any disruption. However, these are unprecedented and uncertain times; nobody is sure of what other changes may come, but we are ready to adapt and grow to meet the needs ahead.
